Encampment Cove Campground

Encampment Cove Campground, on the serene Maria Island off the east coast of Tasmania, provides campers with basic toilet facilities and shelters for outdoor cooking.

Although it offers no potable water or dumping stations, it allows visitors to experience a secluded camping experience amidst native wildlife.

This campground, accessible only by boat or on foot, is not pet-friendly as Maria Island is a national park designed to protect native Tasmanian animals and their habitats.
