Main campground

The Main Campground at Mungo National Park is located near the park's visitor centre and provides basic facilities, including campsites, picnic tables, barbecues, and toilets.

It offers a spacious setup surrounded by native shrubs, with easy access to walking tracks that lead to the park's significant archaeological sites.

There is a designated area for launching and parking boats, but no hook-up facilities, drinking water, or dump points at the campground.
